- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have a payment plan that I am currently paying off. I do owe this. However, I called to make sure my balance was accurate and how much more I owe. My rep said he couldn't find my account and also he told me my balance is about 700 dollars more than it actually should be. How can you not find my paperwork but you found it to add 700 more dollars to the balance owed. Also, I had barely sent my payment plan info in and he had already put it on my credit. I call with a nice attitude and he's just rude ...IM MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS! QUIT BEING HATEFUL. Now I'm playing hell just to get my balance. Guess I'll be driving to Brea. So I'm here at CMRE ....I made the time to come here because I don't like being lied to. The lady helping me looked everything up in just a few strokes on the keyboard.
